As the data and evaluation partner to the Southern Inland Regional Technical Assistance Center and many educational institutions throughout the state, both urban and rural, Capacity To Impact has significant experience in Community School settings and in designing and implementing applied research such as Needs and Assets Assessments that promote shared leadership, collaborative action, and significant positive performance and wellness outcomes for students and communities.
We promote collaborative leadership in community schools by building capacity among all partners to use evidence-based practices to advance transformational and sustainable systems.



Reducing Chronic Absenteeism in Community SchoolsCapacity To Impact (CTI), the data partner and program evaluator for the Southern Inland Regional Technical Assistance Center (SIR-TAC), conducted Listening and Learning Tours of a sample of Community Schools across the Southern Inland region. The goal was to understand the conditions, approaches, and practices that support improved attendance and reduce chronic absenteeism, and to share these effective practices as a resource for schools across the Southern Inland Region and beyond.
